Is the tennis court well-maintained?
Yes! The court was fully reconstructed in 2024, during which the previous plastic grass surface was replaced with a more sustainable, professional-grade Mapei surface. It is regularly serviced to maintain its quality, making it a top choice for tennis court rentals in Spoleto, Umbria.
Is the court wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the tennis court is not wheelchair accessible. Since it is a private property originally reconstructed in the 1990s, accessibility upgrades were not implemented at the time.

Yes! Wi-Fi is available at the facility. However, we encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Are there any rules for using the facilities?
Yes, we have a few simple rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all:

- No smoking on the court or in the picnic area, and the whole property.
- No pets are allowed on the court.
- Guests must clean up after themselves in the picnic area.
Can I bring pets to the picnic area?
Small to medium-sized pets may be allowed after receiving permission from the administration. It’s important that pets are calm and can peacefully coexist with other animals, as we have cats and dogs on the property. This ensures a harmonious environment for all guests and our furry friends.
